We don’t employ any “revolutionary new fangled power roasting techniques” or super automatic robot-fired espresso boxes. We are Craftsmen and Craftswomen meticulously hand crafting the highest order of roasted coffees and sublime crafted espresso drinks.
Nothing is automated. Everything is manual. Everything is done right by professionals. We roast our coffees daily in small artisan roasted batches so you can get the freshest coffee possible.
Our passionate staff is focused on delivering a truly sustainable coffee model.
We buy from only the highest quality coffee growers who are committed to completely sustainable farming methods. 85% of our coffees are sustainable being either Organic, Shade Grown and/or Fair Trade certified, and many times all three. We often buy direct from small farms to keep even more of the profits in the hands of the deserving farmers and workers. A portion of our profits is invested back into conscientious farms.
Our Baristas are extensively trained and are all certified before ever serving a single drink to you our coffee customer. Many of our Baristas compete in the United States Barista Championship and other regional Barista competitions. We pay all of our Baristas far more than the average 
and train them continuously. All this to serve you the best darned espresso and coffee drinks you have ever had. We guarantee it.
