Dominic Taylor, Coffee Bridge Dominic-roast
Dominic has been roasting for about a year under some serious tutelage, learning from the best, while keeping his Barista skills sharp. Dominic is also an accomplished cupper and now leads the Barefoot public cuppings twice a month on the first and third Saturday in the Santa Clara cafe. Soon to be famous for his peanut butter and jelly macchiattos, Dominic  represented as part of Team Barefoot in the 2007 U.S. Barista Championships, after taking 9th place in the western regionals.

ChristianChristian Rotsko, Stunt Roaster
Christian is the newest shoeless wunderkind to join in roasting delicious coffee. Christian has been a Barista at Barefoot pulling wicked tasty shots and pushing magic elixir. He has been working his magic on the production side with blending and bagging coffee. Then Eugenia made him clean the roaster 25 times and load and unload 25,000 pounds of green coffee before allowing the young grasshopper into the wide world of roasting. Look for great coffee from this crazy man!

David , Street Dozen
David has been apprenticing for the last nine months under the coffee jedi in the cave of knowledge known as production. He is starting to venture out into the wide light world of roasting.  If you want to find him look inside the roaster, on the high shelves schlepping green coffee sacks or sittin at the feet of the coffee learning of it’s magic bean-ness.
