At Barefoot Coffee Roasters, Inc. our mission is:

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If any product ever fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the cost of the un-opened portions in full, at your request.

Orders may be placed by telephone, email or fax Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm PST. Voice mail, fax, or e-mail ordering is available 24-hours a day and will be verbally or written verified prior to filling orders.

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Standard inventory orders received before 11am usually will be shipped the same roasting day (48 hrs during the holiday season) from our Roasting facility in Santa Clara, California.

Our preferred shipping carrier is Fed-ex. Shipping costs are lower with Fed-ex for the way we ship so you will save money as well. If you would like us to make arrangements to ship via UPS or USPS, there will be an additional charge of $10 plus the additional cost of shipping. Expedited and Saturday shipments are available for an additional charge.

All orders not received by our 11am cutoff will be processed the next business and shipping day. If you wish to have an order expedited, there will be a 10% order-processing fee with a minimum of $10.

You are always welcome to pickup your orders at our Roasting Facility. Please make arrangements with our customer service representative to pick up your order at our designated pickup times between 10am and Noon or 3pm and 5pm PST. Picking up orders at times other than designated can be arranged. An additional $10 per order service charge will apply.

We offer free Fed-Ex Ground shipping of all coffee orders over 70lbs. All non-coffee items are F.O.B. Santa Clara, CA.
For all non-coffee products - syrups, sauces, smoothie mixes, accessories, etc., - we require a minimum of a full case of product (which can be mixed) in order to provide wholesale pricing. A partial case is available for an additional charge. Please ask a customer service representative for more information.

MINIMUM AND INITIAL ORDERS
We require an initial minimum and or re-order of 15lbs of coffee in 5 pound bags to receive wholesale pricing. Re-orders under 5lbs will be charged retail. Between 5lbs and 14lbs will receive a 10% off of retail price. Initial orders of non-coffee items require a minimum order of $100. Free Shipping only applies to COD and Prepaid orders. As always, all non-coffee items are FOB Santa Clara, CA.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options: C.O.D., Check, Money Order or use a major credit card (Visa, Master Card) for all phone, fax, mail, e-mail or internet orders.
Credit terms can be granted only after a written application has been submitted and approved. Although we do everything possible to hurry the process, it does take time. Please allow up to three weeks for approval. Orders are COD or prepaid without approval of credit or for accounts that are NOT in good standing.

Barefoot requires, without exception, that the first four (4) orders are COD or prepaid.

Shipped COD orders are subject to an additional Fed-Ex charge of $7.50. Orders are to be paid upon delivery by cash or valid check unless other arrangements have been made.

All equipment purchased with a credit card is subject to a 3% credit card processing fee or a minimum of $5.

Past due accounts must be brought current before additional orders are picked up, delivered, or shipped unless firm arrangements have been made to bring the account current. Accounts not paid according to established terms are subject to finance charges equal to 1.5% per month with a minimum of $1. Returned checks are subject to a $30 handling charge per item.

Delinquent accounts are subject to pay all reasonable attorney fees, collection fees, collection agency fees, and costs incurred as a result of collecting past due accounts or accounts in default.

Shipping & Billing
Please inspect your shipments. Please contact us within 3 business days for any billing or shipping discrepancies. After that any possible discrepancies are your responsibility.

Product Returns
All requests for product returns must be made within 7 days after delivery. No returns are accepted without prior authorizations. All returned products must be in saleable, non-expired, good condition. Special orders are not returnable.

A restocking fee of 25% plus freight will be charged on all returned products. Upon inspection of returned product, you will be issued credit to your account within 5-7 working days.
Damages need to be noted at delivery or upon inspection of your shipment. Retain all packing materials and ask carrier for inspection of any damage. They will initiate the carrier damage claims process. Then notify us of the damages.
